All tuition is non-refundable once you have enrolled in the course, as payment secures your seat based on limited class availability.
If the clinic is ready, willing, and able to provide the course, no refunds will be issued.
If a student fails to comply with the terms and conditions or is in breach of the agreement, the clinic reserves the right to terminate services without refund.
Missed classes are non-refundable, and students will be required to pay again to reschedule.
