1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in any course or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Students must:
- Provide valid identification
- Meet any court or DDS requirements (if applicable)
- Be at least 18 years of age or have proper consent
3. Enrollment Requirements
- All information provided must be accurate and complete
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received
- Payment secures your seat in the class due to limited availability
4. Attendance & Participation
- Students must attend the entire course (typically 6 hours)
- Late arrivals, early departures, or disruptions may result in dismissal without credit
- Active participation and adherence to instructor guidelines are required
5. Classroom Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Follow all instructions from the instructor
- Maintain respectful and professional behavior
- Comply with all clinic rules
The clinic reserves the right to remove any student who:
- Disrupts the class
- Fails to follow instructions
- Violates clinic policies
Removal may result in loss of course credit and no refund.
6. Refund & Rescheduling Policy
- All tuition is non-refundable once enrolled
- Payment secures your seat due to limited class availability
- If the clinic is ready, willing, and able to provide the course, no refunds will be issued
- Missed classes are non-refundable
- Students will be required to pay again to reschedule
7. Course Completion & Certification
- Students must successfully complete all course requirements to receive credit
- Upon successful completion, the clinic will issue an official certificate of completion
- It is the student’s responsibility to submit the certificate to DDS or the court (unless otherwise required)
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Hannor Safety & Driver Institute LLC does not guarantee:
- Issuance of a driver’s license
- Ticket dismissal
- Reduction in insurance rates
- Any specific outcome from DDS or the court
Results depend on third-party agencies.
9. Compliance with Laws
Students must comply with all Georgia DDS regulations and applicable laws. The clinic operates in accordance with state guidelines.
10. Limitation of Liability
Hannor Safety & Driver Institute LLC is not liable for:
- Decisions made by DDS, courts, or insurance providers
- Losses resulting from failure to complete the course
- Technical issues beyond our control (if applicable)
11. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access restricted systems
- Disrupt website functionality
12. Privacy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
